Springville Jr. High School students and teachers would like to honor the veterans in our lives through a wall of honor. Please use black ink to fill in an Honor Brick for any special veteran or serviceperson (alive or deceased). The bricks will be used to build a wall of honor to honor our veterans. You may print the brick below, or students can pick up a blank brick in the front office.
Pictures (not required) may be attached and will not be returned, but put together with other bricks. Please do not send your only copy of a picture. Please use a separate piece of paper for each veteran (not front - back).
To be included in the Wall of Honor, please return the brick by November 11.
