We are honoring veterans at Springville Jr. High School Tuesday, November 11th. We would love to have art displayed throughout the commons area that represents the theme of, “Honoring the Past, Inspiring the Future.”

You could choose between many different art options such as: drawing, painting, sculpting, constructing, photography, etc. please make sure it follows the guidelines.

The guidelines are listed below:

Think of the theme, “Honoring the Past, Inspiring the Future” and create a work of art that represents the theme.
Make sure it is respectful (no graphic violent scenes)
Make sure it honors our veterans
The art piece needs to be at least 8x10. We want people to be able to see it and the detail you have worked so hard to create. It can be larger but 8x10 is the minimum size.

Attention Springville Junior High Wrestlers!
Get ready to hit the mats! We’ll be holding open gym on Tuesday, October 21 and Thursday, October 23 right after school. Come get a head start on the season, work on your technique, and have some fun with your teammates.
Official practices begin Monday, November 3rd!
All student-athletes must complete RegisterMyAthlete, pay the registration fee at the Finance Office, and fill out the wrestling Google Form before they can participate in practice.
If you have any questions, talk to Coach Kilmer (101), Coach Bayles (S211), or Coach Kjar (S203).

All Springville Jr. High students are invited to audition for the school musical--Cinderella! Auditions will be held Tuesday-Wednesday, November 18-19, with callbacks on Friday, November 21.

Students are invited to prepare for auditions with audition coaching and and an audition workshop. Open coaching is held Monday-Tuesday, Nov. 3-4, and Wednesday-Thursday, Nov. 12-13 after school. The Audition Workshop is Friday, November 14 from 3-5pm in room K304. You do not need to be in a theater or choir class to participate. Everyone is welcome!
